Come on a virtual field trip to the top of Mount Olympus and measure the boiling temperature of water at different elevations along the journey. Students get to graph how temperature varies with varying altitude. Build a class barometer to further help the students grasp air pressure and how we measure and predict it as they chart it over the next few weeks. NGSS aligned (see below).
